| Background John Caldwell Design is a design office specializing in furniture, lighting and
graphic design and has been located in the Los Angeles area for over 30 years. Our design
approaches have varied widely to solve the needs of our design assignments. We are
currently working on designs which require highly tooled die cast and molded plastic
components to fabricated wood and metal products. We have hundreds of products in the
following markets: outdoor casual furniture, office furniture and office accessories,
public and health care seating, ceiling fans, umbrellas and hearth industry products. Our
products are being manufactured in the United States, Europe, China, Indonesia and Mexico.
